On Sunday, May 1, Bloom is having (what is to me) and unheard of coupon doubling promotion for manufacturer's coupons up to $1.99! The promotion is limited to 20 coupons, with no more than 10 coupons for the same item (coupon policy {here}). I'm tempted to check out this store for the first time.
